This place suits me perfectly with excellent wi-fi, a refreshing indoor pool, and 24-hour reception. On my first stay, the staff helped me recover lost documents. I highly recommend checking it out! I’m coming back for Christmas.

I had a good time staying here for a weekend trip. The kids loved the indoor pool and the game room was a hit too! The only downside was that the breakfast area got pretty crowded, but nothing to ruin our stay. 😊

The lobby offered a warm and welcoming atmosphere every time I entered. The breakfast spread was enjoyable and had a good variety. Georgia and Amber at the front desk provided exceptional service, helping me find medical assistance promptly.

The hallway carpeting was stained and torn in places and needed replacing.

Comfortable beds and a spacious room made for a decent stay, but there were issues like the shower showing signs of mold and an uneasy smell in the bathroom. The front desk staff were mostly pleasant, though the environment could feel overwhelming at times.

The hotel offered a clean environment and an inviting indoor pool, both of which contributed to a pleasant stay. Housekeeping was exceptionally attentive, ensuring our comfort without needing to ask for additional towels. We particularly enjoyed the delicious Bernese fries and the overall dining experience, which made our family feel welcomed. However, we were disappointed by unexpected fees that were not communicated upfront, causing some stress during check-in. Despite this, the staff handled our concerns professionally.

The best part was the spacious room with a living area and kitchenette! The breakfast was decent too. However, the noise from the neighboring rooms was a bit distracting. 😅

Comfortable room, friendly staff, good breakfast, the breakfast area was always well-stocked with the typical menu of biscuits and scrambled eggs, and the front desk staff was exceptionally helpful during our stay.

The Queen Suite was pretty cozy, though it felt a bit cramped with the two beds. The beds were comfortable enough, but the space between them was limited. On the bright side, the cleanliness was on point, and the vibe was nice. The bathroom worked well too. I didn’t vibe with the dim lighting for makeup though, and the noisy AC unit was a bit of a hassle. Overall, decent stay, but it could use a little more room to breathe.

The Comfort Suites provided a spacious and modern room that was very comfortable. The staff was friendly and efficient, making check-in smooth. Breakfast options were excellent, featuring a variety of hot and cold items including sausages, eggs, and fresh fruit, which made it easy to start the day right.

The stay was decent. The location was convenient, close to the area with a nice mall and several restaurants. The breakfast had a good variety of options which really helped start the day well.
